The Company operates a Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) management system which applies to all exploration activities. All personnel share responsibility for working safely, identifying hazards, and preventing incidents. Job risk assessments are conducted prior to fieldwork, and all employees and contractors receive safety inductions and appropriate personal protective equipment. Incidents are recorded and investigated to support continuous improvement.
