Kaoko Basin
Serval is one of the largest acreage holders in the Kaoko Basin in Namibia.
This emerging copper region is the interpreted extension of the prolific Central African Copper Belt that runs through Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo and which is home to a significant number of major and high-grade producing copper mines. The Kaoko Basin and the Central African Copper Belt have important geological similarities and stratigraphic correlations, with both basins known to host significant stratabound (sediment-hosted) copper and silver deposits.

Project Description
The project comprises four exploration licences (EPL 6998, 7079, 7081 and 7082) covering approximately 788.79 km² in the Kaoko Basin of north-western Namibia. The licences include ca. 150 kilometres of potential strike length of the prospective contact between the Nosib and Otavi Groups, with historical exploration identifying copper-silver occurrences and encouraging drill intercepts (for example, 19 metres at 2.6% Cu at Otjozongombe West in EPL 7081).
Under previous ownership, Kalahari Copper completed more than 9,000 metres of drilling over a series of campaigns to date, with multiple intersections demonstrating Cu mineralisation on multiple prospects, occurring from surface.
The company is currently carrying out detailed geophysics and geological mapping to establish highest priority drill targets, in order to test targets both along strike and down dip (untested to date). The first drilling campaign under Serval’s ownership is planned for Q4 2026. This work provides a potential pathway to a maiden resource estimate in due course.
Summary of selected intersections from the 2024/2025 drilling campaigns:
