About Us
Serval Resources is focused on unlocking value across a high-potential portfolio to become a leading mid-cap copper and future metals explorer and developer.
By securing exploration and development assets in the upcoming copper belts of Namibia, Botswana and Côte d’Ivoire, the Company is strategically positioned to capitalise on the rising demand for copper and other strategic metals, driven by the global energy transition and the need for sustainable, independent supply chains.
These regions remain relatively under-explored in contrast to their high potential. Serval is applying modern and rigorous exploration techniques, as well as the depth of experience of its management team, in order to systematically evaluate, secure and develop these high potential opportunities to the benefit of all its stakeholders.
Serval’s strategy is to identify and define multiple copper prospects, advancing them through the development stages to unlock several avenues for monetisation, including production.
The Company’s experienced leadership team has a strong track record in exploration, development and value creation.
In April 2026, the Company changed its name from Oscillate PLC to Serval Resources Plc and moved up from AQUIS to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (ticker: SRVL).
Strategic Priorities
Major copper and strategic metals opportunity
Demand for copper and other strategic metals is set to rise hugely due to the green energy transition and the rapidly expanding digital economy, causing major shortfalls in supply.
Hunting for new discoveries in Africa
Serval has secured major landholdings in the emerging copper belts of Namibia, Botswana and Côte d’Ivoire. These areas are relatively underexplored compared to their high potential.
Experienced team with proven track record
Serval’s management team is highly experienced in the evaluation and development of mining assets, and will apply modern exploration techniques in order to add value to its projects and monetise these opportunities.
Developing responsible supply chains
By proving up new resources for copper and other future metals, Serval will contribute to the development of independent and sustainable sources of the inputs that are key to the energy transition, GDP growth, national security and the ongoing electrification / digitalisation of society.
